We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Influencer Marketing and Organic Social Specialist to lead the planning and execution of influencer partnerships and organic social campaigns. This role is pivotal in activating our global B2C marketing campaigns at a local level, working closely with regional marketing teams to drive impactful and culturally resonant initiatives. This role ensures alignment with our brand’s overarching goals while leveraging local insights for maximum effectiveness.

How You Will Make an Impact:
- Influencer Campaign Strategy: Develop and oversee influencer marketing strategies, aligning with overarching brand and campaign objectives.
- Organic Social Strategy: Create plans for organic social content across key platforms, ensuring alignment with local markets and audience preferences.
- Local Activation: Collaborate with local marketing managers to tailor global campaigns to regional audiences, ensuring cultural relevance and engagement.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and content creators, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign goals.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimise future strategies.
- Content Oversight: Collaborate with creative teams to ensure influencer and social content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
- Budget Management: Plan and manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient delivery of campaign objectives.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about emerging trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to innovate and enhance influencer and social strategies.
What Will Make You The Perfect Candidate
- Experience: 3+ years in influencer marketing, social media strategy, or similar roles within a B2C environment. Experience in iGaming is a plus.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to strategise and plan successful influencer marketing and social campaigns.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in analysing campaign data and leveraging insights to improve performance.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a flair for storytelling and relationship building.
- Global Awareness: Understanding of global marketing principles and the ability to adapt campaigns for diverse regional audiences.
- Digital Savvy: Expertise in social media platforms, tools, and trends, with experience in working across channels like Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Collaboration: A team player who thrives in cross-functional environments, adept at aligning multiple stakeholders to a shared vision.
